The Library is your central hub for managing all Assets in your space. While Kits and Portals are where you present and share content, the Library allows you to centrally manage your asset collection and its metadata.
Only Admins and Content Managers can access the Library. Members see content through Kits and Portals only.
Accessing the Library
Click Library in the left rail to open it.
Interface overview
The Library interface has several key areas:
Views
Views are saved queries that help you quickly access subsets of your entire Asset library. You can use filters to quick find and take action on groups of assets arcoss all of your kits. Some possible uses are:
Remove a set of ourdated assets based on a expiration custom field
Add a tag to all product related assets
Put a set of recenly uploaded assets into a specific Kit.
The default view (All assets) shows all of the assets in your Library. You can add filters to narrow down what Assets are shown. If you find yourself using the same filters often, you can save them as a custom view for easy access later. You'll find a few built in views like "Recently added" and "Unused assets", but you can create your own to suit your needs.

Tags
Tags are labels you can apply to Assets to help organize and categorize them. You can filter by tags to find related Assets quickly.
Custom fields
Custom fields let you add structured metadata to your Assets. You can create fields for dates, dropdowns, text, numbers, and more. This additional data can be used for filtering, searching, and organizing your Assets.
