There are a few different ways to use assets in Lingo. Using an asset varies a bit depending on the type of asset and whether you’re using the mac app or your browser.

Using assets from the web

Assets can be used from the web in the following ways:

In the gallery

To quickly use assets while browsing you can click the button that appears when you hover on any asset. The menu will show the available formats the asset can be used in.

If you have multiple file assets selected, you can hover over any of them and clicking the button will download all of the assets.

Bottom Bar

With one or more assets selected in simple view you will see a download button in the bottom bar.

Inspector

With one or more assets selected in detailed mode you will see a download button in the inspector.

Using assets from the Mac app

Lingo’s Mac app offers a few additional ways to use assets to quickly get them into other applications.

Note that you may need to download assets and their file cuts before using them.
