Clear active filters - If you have filters applied (file type, tags, custom fields), they limit what search can find. Clear filters to search everything.
Check your current location - Are you searching in a specific kit, portal, or the full Library? Your search scope affects results.
Check asset metadata
Verify the asset exists - Navigate manually to confirm the asset is in your Library.
Check asset name and tags - Search looks at asset names, tags, descriptions, and custom fields. Make sure your assets have relevant metadata.
Recently uploaded? - New assets may take a moment to be indexed for search. Wait a few minutes and try again.
