There are a few reasons your plan may get paused.
Your trial ended
If your trial ended before you had a chance to select a plan you can still start a subscription to keep using Lingo.
To do so, Login to your Space, open the billing page and click Restore.
A payment failed
This usually happens when credit cards expire or there is a problem with your bank. The owner of the space can update payment details on the billing page.
You canceled your subscription
If you previously cancelled your subscription but wish to restore your space and keep using Lingo by starting a new subscription.
To do so, Login to your Space, open the billing page and click Restore.
