The Lingo macOS app does not currently support SSO. If you have users in your organization who would like to use the macOS app, they will need to create a password for their Lingo account if they don't currently have one. Below we'll cover the few steps needed to get access to the Lingo app.

Instructions

  1. Sign into Lingo using SSO, either from your organization's IdP (like Okta), or from Lingo itself using your organization identifier.

    1. If you're brand new to Lingo, this will automatically create your account and join you to your organization's Space(s).

    2. If you're an existing Lingo user, you'll need to confirm that you want to link your account to your organization and gain access to their Spaces.

  2. Request a password reset using your company email address. You should receive an email shortly, but you may have to wait several minutes. Once you get it, click the button inside to set up a password.

  3. Download the Lingo app if you haven't already.

  4. Use your company email and the new password to log into the Lingo app.

  5. You're done! πŸŽ‰
