Create a Kit to organize and share a curated collection of Assets from your Library.
Only Admins and Content Managers can create Kits.
Creating a Kit
Navigate to your Dashboard
Click Create > Kit
Enter a name for your Kit
Click Create
You can also create a kit directly in a Portal using the Kit block from the Insert Panel.
Naming your Kit
Choose a clear, descriptive name:
Good names: Brand Guidelines 2024, Product Icons, Marketing Templates
Avoid: Generic names like "Assets" or "Files"
After creating
Once your Kit is created:
Add Pages - Create the structure for your content
Add Assets - Upload or import directly to the Kit or pull files from your Library
Organize - Arrange content with Headings, notes and guides
Share - Add to a Portal or share directly
Kit settings
Configure your Kit's behavior:
Privacy - Who can view (or edit) the Kit
Theme - Override your base theme to tailor each Kit's look
Download options - Make use of Download Requests or restrict downloads and learn more about who is using your Assets.
