Tags can be used around Lingo to help organize and categorize your digital assets. See What are tags? for an overview of how tags work.

Viewing tags

Anyone that can view an asset can see its tags in the inspector. If the inspector isn't open, select an asset, open the action meny and select "View details"

From here you can click a tag to open a search to find more assets with that tag.

Search

Tags are fully integrated into the search system. You can search for assets by typing anything into the search bar. Tags will be used to file assets that match your search terms.

Views in the Library

In the Library, you can use the tag filter to find assets with specific tags. You can also save tag filters as views for easy access later.

Note that only Admins and Content Managers can access the Library.

Galleries

If you have used tags to create views in the Library, you can then use those views to create dynamic Galleries in Kits. This allows you to create galleries that automatically update as you add or remove tags to assets.
