Access levels
Private (Team only)

No login required
Best for external sharing
Kits within the Portal may still be private or have a password
Password protected
Public but requires a password
Best for limited external sharing
The portal password grants access to all kits in the portal (even if private)
Changing share settings
Open the Portal
Select the Share button
Choose your access level
If public with password, enter the password
Save changes
You can change access at any time:
Making a private Portal public will instantly allow access to anyone with the link
Making a public Portal private immediately restricts access
Changing passwords invalidates the old password
Adding team members
For private Portals you can add team members to manage access. Members of you team could also access public portals via the link, but adding them here allows them to access from the dashboard when they log in.
Open the Portal share settings
Under Share with Team, enter the users you would like to add
Click add

How Kit and Portal settings work together
Keep the following in mind as you configure your Portal and Kit access settings. In some cases the Kit or Portal settings may take precedence:
If a portal is public, a Kit's privacy settings still apply (i.e., private Kits remain private).
If a portal is password protected, the portal password grants access to all Kits within it. (even private kits)
If a portal is private, any team member added to the portal will be able to access all kits within it.
