Portal insights help you understand how different audiences engage with the content you've curated for them.

Viewing Portal insights

  1. Open the Portal you want to analyze

  2. Click the Insights tab

  3. Review traffic and engagement metrics

Key metrics

Portal views - How many times the Portal landing page has been viewed

Unique visitors - Distinct users who accessed the Portal

Kit clicks - Which Kits within the Portal get the most traffic

Time range - Filter by date to see trends over time

Understanding Portal traffic

External Portals - For Portals shared with partners or the public, insights show how well your content is reaching its audience.

Internal Portals - For team Portals, insights reveal which departments or groups engage most with shared content.

Comparing Portals

If you have multiple Portals for different audiences, compare their performance:

  • Which audience is most engaged?

  • Are certain Portals underutilized?
