Only Admins and Content Managers can customize Portal themes.
Accessing Portal theme settings
Open the Portal you want to customize
Click Configure
Make changes as desired
Save changes

Portal themes only affect the Portal landing page. Kits within the Portal use their own theme settings (or inherit from the Space theme).

Use cover images that represent the Portal's content
