If you're approaching or exceeding your direct link usage quota, here's how to get more capacity.
Option 1: upgrade your plan
Higher-tier plans include higher direct link limits. To upgrade:
Go to your Space settings
Select Billing
Click Change Plan
Choose a plan with higher direct link limits
Option 2: Increase your direct link quota
You can also contact support to purchase additional Direct Link usage for your current plan.
Option 3: optimize your usage
Before upgrading, consider whether you can reduce usage:
Review high-traffic links - Check which assets are getting the most requests. Are they all necessary?
Optimize files - If you have high bandwidth make sure you are using optimized file formats and sizes to reduce load. You can use automaitc file conversion with Direct Links to help with this.
Consolidate usage - If multiple pages use the same asset, ensure they're using the same direct link rather than generating new ones.
