Whether you're backing up your assets or moving to another platform, here's how to export your content from Lingo.

Exporting assets

Individual downloads

Select any asset and download it in your preferred format. You can choose different file formats and sizes depending on the asset type.

Bulk downloads

Select multiple assets and download them together as a ZIP file.

  1. In the Library or a kit, select the assets you want to export

  2. Click download

  3. Download the ZIP file containing all selected files

Tips for large exports

  • large batches may take longer to prepare

  • If you notice issues, try batches of around 100 assets at a time

Exporting metadata

If you need to export your organizational data (tags, custom fields, etc.), contact support. We may be able to provide a data export for your Space.
