Create a Portal to group Kits together for a specific audience or purpose.
Only Admins and Content Managers can create Portals.
Creating a Portal
From your Space dashboard, click Create > Portal
Enter a name for your Portal
Click Create
Your Portal is created and ready to set up.
After creating
Once your Portal exists, you can:
Add Kits - Select which Kits to include
Customize appearance - Configure the banner, theme, colors, fonts and more
Set access - Choose who can view the Portal
Share - Get the link to share with your audience
Naming your Portal
Choose a name that:
Clearly identifies the audience or purpose
Is recognizable to the people who'll use it
Distinguishes it from other Portals
Examples:
"Agency Resources"
"Press Kit"
"EMEA Marketing"
