Your Space name appears throughout Lingo—in the navigation, on shared links, and in email notifications. You can change it at any time without affecting your content, team members, or existing links.
How to change your Space name
Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner to open Space settings
Select General from the settings menu
Find the Space name field
Enter your new name
Click Save
Your new Space name will appear immediately across Lingo.
What stays the same
Changing your Space name doesn't affect:
Your content — All Kits, Portals, and Assets remain exactly where they are
Team members — Everyone keeps their access and permissions
Shared links — All existing links continue to work
Your custom domain — If you've set one up, it stays connected
Who can change the Space name
Only Owners and Admins can change the Space name. Content Managers and Members don't have access to Space settings.
