Deleting your Space permanently removes all your content, team members, and settings from Lingo. This action cannot be undone, so make sure you've exported anything you need before proceeding.

Before you delete

Consider these alternatives first:

What gets deleted

When you delete your Space, you permanently lose:

  • All Assets — Every file you've uploaded

  • All Kits and Portals — Including their content, settings, and themes

  • All team members — Everyone loses access immediately

  • Custom fields and tags — All your organizational structure

  • Analytics and insights — Your usage history and statistics

  • Direct links — All shared links stop working

How to delete your Space

  1. Click the gear icon in the left rail to open Space settings

  2. Select Advanced from the settings menu

  3. Click Delete Space

  4. Confirm by typing "delete"

  5. Click Delete to proceed

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed.

Only the Owner can delete a Space. Admins and other roles don't have this option.

What happens to billing

Your subscription ends when you delete your Space. You won't be charged again, but you also won't receive a refund for any remaining time on your current billing period.
