Editors are any member of your Lingo workspace that have permission to edit your content. Admins and Content managers are ALWAYS editors. Members can be editors if they have been given access to edit a kit.
β
βIt's important to know who your editors are because there is a cost per editor in Lingo's pricing. Because of this, we've made it easy to see who the editors are in your space. On your Users page under the "All Users" tab you'll see a column for Editors. Anyone with a green checkmark is an editor in your space.
You can easily remove editors by adjusting a user's role and access.
To remove edit access for someone who is an Admin or Content manager you'll need to change their role to be a Member. The image below shows how to do this.
To remove edit access from someone who is a Member, you'll need to make sure they are set to "Viewers" on all the kits they have access to. The image below shows how to do this.
