User insights show how your team members interact with your Space, helping you understand adoption and identify power users.
Viewing user insights
Go to the main Insights dashboard
Select the Users or Activity tab
View the list of team members and their activity
Note: User insights are typically only available to Owners and Admins.
Key metrics
Last active - When the user last accessed the Space
Downloads - Number of Assets they've downloaded
Views - Content they've viewed
Uploads - Assets they've contributed (for editors)
Understanding activity patterns
Power users - Team members with high activity are your champions. Consider involving them in content decisions.
Inactive users - Members who haven't logged in recently might need training or may no longer need access.
Heavy downloaders - Users who download frequently may benefit from direct links or API access.
Using activity data
User insights help you:
Identify team members who might need onboarding help
Find advocates who can help promote adoption
Clean up unused accounts
Understand how different roles use the system
